↑ WATCH IN HD! A new promo/camera test with my friend Solomon Lang (@stayskatin, of Bustin Boards) and a few of the Concrete Kings. I’ll have more on the production in an upcoming nofilmschool article, but this was shot hanging out of a van with a Sony HXR-NX3D1 NXCAM and a Steadicam Merlin. It was a coOooold night — many thanks to the skaters for being champs and to David Reeve for producing. Music is by badazz mothers HOLY OTHER (check em out, they’s putting out lovely/dark goodness) — and TURN UP THE VOLUME!
This youtube render is a bit dark, but it looks great with some active shutters (a special pair of fancy 3D glasses). Stay tuned for the longer making of… and as always head over to free-3d-glasses.com if you need some 3D shades…
Working on a little experimental 3D video, wanted to quickly post a couple early stills. Nothing crazy here, just some simple leaf/(low)light interaction. Need 3D glasses? Get your free shades here →
↑ Another quick 3D Brooklyn snap of mine; digging that purple flare. Side-by-side up top; anaglyph below. As always, you’ll need some 3D glasses for the anaglyph; get yours here →
